The fresh scent of rosemary and juniper, rounded up with liquorice, mix with the sweet smoky fumes of the olive wood. Strong smoke intensity. Product designed specifically for smoking foods. Grain size is 5mm – 1cm.

When best to use:

  • Soak your Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in fresh water for 30 minutes
  • Wrap the Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in aluminium foil, leaving both ends open. (Alternatively wrap them fully in the foil and pierce the foil several times with a knife).
  • Place the aluminium foil packed Smokey Olive Wood Chips on the hot charcoal of your BBQ, grill or smoker BBQ hot charcoal, grill or smoker
  • Once the Olive Wood Smoking Chips starts to smoke, place your food on the grill
