Vertical Ceramic Chicken Sitter

This vertical ceramic rack allows you to cook a whole chicken so that it is evenly grilled both from the inside and outside.

Cooking the chicken in a vertical position (usually referred to recipe wise as ‘beer can chicken’), helps retain the chickens juices and allows you to add a flavour of your choice when cooking, inside the chicken sitter.
