The European built Borniak digital controlled wood chip hot smoker is a great classic smoker for both smoking beginners and professionals. With the digital temperature controls you can simply set and forget. You don’t need to have any experience in smoking meats. It’s really easy, you just set the temperature of smoking and fill the smoke generator up with wood chips and you’re on your way.
The latest model Borniak Smoker v1.4 (2023), is monitored by a NEW Timer Control Panel with which you can set and manage the temperature as well as the working time of the electric heating element and separately the working time of the smoke generator and the dryer.
Can be converted into a cold smoker using the cold smoking adapter, (sold separately).

The whole smoking process is automatic, so you can sit and relax, while the smoker does the job, and controls the temperature and smoke.
The casing is manufactured from aluzinc sheets, resistant to unfavourable weather conditions. The inside has been made with materials approved for food contact – stainless steel. Polyurethane foam provides the smoker with proper insulation, at the same time being a guarantee of the right smoking temperature. The temperature is regulated by a 2015W burner/heater, its work is monitored by a NEW Timer Control Panel with which you can set the working time of the electric heating element and separately the working time of the smoke generator and the dryer
The smoker can also be converted to a cold smoking cabinet by using the cold smoke converter (sold seperately)
