Primo Spit on Fire Rotisserie Carousel

The Spit on Fire stainless-steel rotating carousel is designed to fit the Primo compatible Spit of Fire Rotisserie.  Pork belly, spare ribs, chicken pieces or smoked salmon; everything is possible! Partly due to the rotating movement that the baskets get within the closed barbecue.  The slots on each shelf hepls for an even cook and also means that fats that drip through the slots will self baste meat when the above shelf passes over another shelf – perfect for glazing, enhancing colour, increasing moisture and adding flavour.

Available in two sizes, to fit either the JR200 or LG300 and XL400
