Handmade by skilled craftsmen guarantees durability, efficiency and total customer satisfaction. To achieve high-temperature cooking and to have the ability to retain the heat for slow cooking too, the refractory clay oven is layered with Rockwool insulation, refractory mortar and finished with a special cork coating on the outside to ensure maximum heat efficency. Supplied with a split high quality cast iron door, stainless steel flue pipe, rain cap, a built-in temperature gauge plus a self-assembly natural limestone stand and side-table. With this oven you can also use a rotisserie spit, a great way to cook chicken, turkey, pork and lamb.
The Premier oven will be delivered ready to fire up, no assembly is required. The oven weighs around 450 kg with a steel lifting in in each corner of the square base you can use floor crane, engine lift or similar to set on desired location.
