Monolith Beech Fish Plank

The Monolith Fish Plank allows you to combine subtle wood smoke flavour with the grilling power of your Monolith Ceramic Grill.

This quality fish grilling plank consists of a beech plank which can be re-used, with a stainless steel ‘fishbone shaped’ frame which clamps the fish to the wood. The plank is then secured to your grill rack with a universal fitting mount.

Simply put a whole salmon fillet on the board. Then attach it to the grill of your ceramic grill using the bracket provided. The heat can now reach the fish optimally.
