-all ceramic components are free of material, manufacturing and processing defects for the lifetime of the purchased monolith model Our Monolith models have an average product life of 10 years.
-on the Monolith all metal components are free of material, manufacturing and processing defects for the life of the purchased Monolith model for a period of five years.
-grill tools (Monolith accessories) and barbecue tables are free of material, manufacturing and processing defects for a period of one year.
If your Monolith product shows a material, manufacturing or processing defect during the warranty period, when used and serviced properly and regularly maintained according to the instructions in our manual, we will either repair or replace the product according to these conditions at our choice. Your rights under this warranty are limited to the claim for subsequent performance. This guarantee does not grant any further claims, in particular any form of compensation.

NEW vertical exhaust top vent
The redesigned cast iron valve guides the smoke directly upwards and out of the grill. Designed to maintain a stable position even when the lid is opened and closed. The new slide system offers more stability and feels even better than before.
NEW Gasket system
• Extended life Fibre Mesh gasket stapled to lid removes the possibility of adhesive de-lamination at high temperatures
• Stainless steel plate replaces the gasket on the base so no need ever to replace, there’s no risk of damage from over enthusiastic wire brush cleaning and it’s the ideal structure upon which to set the Fire Plate plancha
New Hinge system
More flexibility combined with even more stability. Monolith have adjusted the lid’s pivot for it to be opened with even less effort. In addition, the lid’s weight ensures it lying firmly on the grill, sealing the inner chamber better than ever before.

The Pro Series 2.0 comes with a built-in adapter fixed to the side of the Monolith base in the ideal position to support temperature regulation and ensure meat is cooked exactly to your liking by a BBQ Guru controller. Fit a BBQ Guru controller in seconds without need for adapter plates.
The MONOLITH Le Chef is available in black and red, either with the cart and bamboo side tables, or with ceramic feet, perfect for the Buggy or for your own designed outdoor kitchen.
