Louisiana Cajun BBQ Rub Shaker

Deep South inspired BBQ rub. Ideal for chicken, seafood, pork, gumbo and jambalaya.

• Spice up chicken thighs or legs or spatchcock chicken.
• Create a spicy coating for deep fried wings by adding to flour.
• Season roast potatoes, wedges and fries.
• Create a flavour filled fajita or enchilada mix.

Salt, paprika, garlic, chilli crush, onion, cayenne, pepper, Mexican oregano, thyme, coriander, cumin.
