Korean BBQ Sauce

This Smokey Carter Korean BBQ Sauce is packed with flavour and umami notes.

It includes those classic Korean ingredients, such as gochujang (fermented soyabean hot red pepper paste), sesame oil and low sodium soy sauce.  It also includes white miso, lots of roasted garlic and a few secret spices.

• Perfect as a marinade for chicken pork and beef.
• Use to finish off dishes on the barbecue by brushing on the sauce.
• Perfect with pork belly, ribs, chicken skewers or in stir frys.

Ingredients:

Tomato, muscovado sugar, Gochujang chilli paste (corn syrup, red pepper, rice, water, soybean, glutinous rice, rice flour, koji), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), sugar, toasted sesame oil, roasted garlic, onion, white miso (water, soybeans, rice, salt, yeast, koji culture), distilled vinegar, ginger, spices.
