The KAMADO Bono Grande Limited comprises of a ceramic grill with stand and side shelves with hooks, innovative fiberglass gasket seal, two-zone grilling system, two side deflectors, adaptable pot holder, ceramic chicken rack, ash removal tool and protective grill cover. The grill features includes both a lower and upper air vent, allowing you to effectively regulate the cooking temperature at all times.
With the Kamado Bono you can grill directly over the fire or by using the included ceramic deflectors and placing them over the fire you are also able to cooking indirectly for long, slow cooks.
Multi-function Two Zone Grilling System
This multi-function two-zone baking system enables cooking different dishes simultaneously at different temperatures and on different height levels! Thanks to the semicircle “shelves” you can organise your cooking surfaces in a different way – for direct and indirect baking. The two-zone grill grates and multi-level structure provides a wide variety of cooking possibilities and combinations, this two-zone system even allows you to cook directly on one side whilst cooking indirectly on the other.
