Jurassic BBQ – Kebab-a-Raptor Lamb and Chicken Rub

Inspired Lebanese Shawarma this take on a kebab rub is aromatic with cumin and coriander, hot with cayenne and citrussy with sumach.  It makes a  great marinade.

Great with skewers of lamb or chicken or with chunks of veg.
