Hot Smoke in a Box
This mini starter kit is just the job for getting started with hot smoking on your bbq or smoker. It contains aromatic pure oak wood chips and flavourful Beech chips, natural wax and wood wool firelighters, and a User Guide into our Hot Smoked stainless steel smoker box to create a fabulous starting point for hot smoking success.

Choose a lighter smoke wood flavour for delicately flavoured foods such as trout, seafood, white meats, fruits and vegetables.

MEDIUM SMOKE FLAVOUR
Select a wood with a medium, mellow smoke flavour for chicken, fish, pork, cheese and vegetables or tone down the smoke strength for stronger flavoured foods such as lamb and beef.
