Primo Heat Deflector/Drip Pan Rack

A 2 piece rack set that can be used with the Primo Ceramic Heat Deflector Plates for indirect cooking. They simply deflect the direct heat away from the food allowing for slow cooking, baking, roasting or smoking. They may also be used to conveniently hold a drip pan to help prevent dripping liquids falling on the charcoal which helps prevent smoking and flare ups

Just use one rack and one deflector stone to create a 2 zone set up for both direct and indirect cooking simultaneously
