The Masterbuilt Gravity 1050 Charcoal Grill & Smoker (RRP £999), is an enhanced version of the multi award winning 560 model, this digital charcoal grill and smoker enables you to cook restaurant quality food at the touch of a button. With the Gravity Series™ 1050 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker from Masterbuilt, you can experience the power of GravityFed™ charcoal grilling with traditional grates or a full flat top griddle. You just have to set the temperature on the digital control panel or your smart device and the DigitalFan™ maintains the desired cooking temperature. The charcoal hopper holds 10lbs of lump charcoal or 16lbs of briquettes for up to 10 hours of use and gravity ensures you have constant fuel to the fire.
The reversible smoke + sear cast-iron grates and foldaway warming + smoking racks add up to a total of 1050-square inches of cooking space. Every detail has been considered when designing this versatile, convenient charcoal cooker!
