Our Azzurra Aluminium Perforated Pizza Peel has a perfectly weighted design making it the perfect pizza peel for launching and retrieving your pizzas. Using a perforated peel reduces the chances of a failed launch. By limiting the surface area touching the base of your pizza, it prevents moisture becoming trapped and ensures flour doesn’t stick to the base of your pizza, which can become burnt when in contact with a hot oven and alter the flavour.

Gi Metal Azzurra Aluminium Perforated Pizza Peel has a neutral anodised head and light blue anodised handle. It has a reduced weight compared to any pizza peel models out there but it is extremely sturdy with an oval tubular handle to favour stability.
