This outdoor finish pizza oven is made from bricks that have undergone a double kiln baking process at 1200℃ for 36 hours and then individually coated in clear waterproof sealant to ensure they are more resistant to the outdoor elements. Moisture is the worst enemy of a clay oven even though our ovens have been treated with a waterproof sealant.
