This robust grill is built and engineered to last from 3mm thick mild steel.
The specially designed ‘V Shaped’ grill bars and our carefully measured 8 degree back to front grill angle allows for fat and oils to gently slide to the front removable tray, preventing the embers from setting on fire and burning your food.
Originating from Argentina, this style of grill allows the chef to control the heat from the glowing embers to the food, without the risk of overcooking. The wood fire, be it oak, beech, birch or fruit woods such as apple, cherry, hickory, all add flavour and contribute to an amazing experience and truly mouth-watering food.
This grill is a pleasure to cook on, offering versatility, allowing you to grill meats, fish and even veggies to perfection!
Please note that mild steel tends to rust if not cleaned and dried properly. Ensure you store your Argentinian grill in a low-moisture area.
