The Clementi Built In Wood Fired Oven is highly insulated and built from the best quality materials to ensure that its perfect to create your ultimate pizza’s or slow roast cooks.
The huge 100cm x 80cm cooking surface will allow you took multiple pizzas or dishes at the same time.
The Clementi Family ovens feature an innovative direct air system that allows the flames to better follow the curve of the roof giving you additional wood economy and great heat efficiency across the whole oven, cooking your pizzas or other foods more evenly.
The included log holder placed to the side of the oven where the direct air feed is, can be easily moved with the supplied rod, making after cooking clean up much easier.
