The recipe for the Chipolte & Bourbon Sauce has developed over the years and includes the finest ingredients including the world-renowned chipotle chilli,
Mexican and Portuguese oregano, bourbon whiskey and a unique blend of herbs and spices. The sauce is a perfect accompaniment to any dish.
Designed for pulled pork, ribs or beef brisket.
We like to use the Smokey Carter Smokey Chipotle BBQ Rub on a rack of ribs and cook low and slow in the smoker before finishing with a glaze of the Chipotle & Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
Also great on a pizza base as well as a little tomato and it will give it that extra zing and smoky flavour.
