The Monolith Pro Series Cast Iron Plancha adds an extra dimension to your Monolith Grill With the Plancha you can sear your favourite foods at a high temperature, create perfect smash burgers or cook up a full English breakfast.
The high-quality cast iron retains heat better than steel or stainless steel. This half-moon plancha takes up half the grill surface of the Monolith Grill and can be used together with one of the stainless-steel grates or a cast grate. It is specifically designed for the Monolith LE CHEF and CLASSIC Pro Series Smart Grid System.
