This Carolina sauce is sweet, tangy and spicy. Its perfect with pulled pork, ribs, chicken, burgers and all things BBQ.
Great as a marinade or a mopping sauce. Use as a finishing glaze for meat on the BBQ. Mix into a little mayonnaise for a tasty dip.
Ingredients:
Spirit vinegar, tomato, water, sugar, cider vinegar, onion, bourbon whiskey, black treacle, honey, garlic, chipotle chilli, Worcester sauce (water, spirit vinegar, sugar, molasses, onion puree, salt, tamarind paste, ginger puree (ginger, citric acid (acidifier)), mustard, smoke extract, glucose syrup, maize starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), spices.
