The Cotswold rapeseed oil use in the Ross&Ross Original BBQ Oil has a very high burn point so can withstand high temperatures which is ideal for the BBQ. Less than half the saturated fat of olive oil, Cotswold Gold is an extra virgin oil made from 100% rapeseed, with absolutely no additives.
The spicy flavour is created by infusing cold pressed rapeseed oil with chilli and smoke. The aim is to give subtle background notes of the BBQ to complement the depth of the chilli.
