The Cotswold rapeseed oil use in the Ross&Ross Original BBQ Oil has a very high burn point so can withstand high temperatures which is ideal for the BBQ. Less than half the saturated fat of olive oil, Cotswold Gold is an extra virgin oil made from 100% rapeseed, with absolutely no additives.
For the extra flavours the focus is on Smoked oil with the infusion of garlic and smoke. The aim is to give subtle background notes of the BBQ and add layers of flavour.
