Beginning with the certified date of sale, a limited guarantee that:

-all ceramic components are free of material, manufacturing and processing defects for the lifetime of the purchased monolith model Our Monolith models have an average product life of 10 years.
-on the Monolith all metal components are free of material, manufacturing and processing defects for the life of the purchased Monolith model for a period of five years.
-grill tools (Monolith accessories) and barbecue tables are free of material, manufacturing and processing defects for a period of one year.

If your Monolith product shows a material, manufacturing or processing defect during the warranty period, when used and serviced properly and regularly maintained according to the instructions in our manual, we will either repair or replace the product according to these conditions at our choice. Your rights under this warranty are limited to the claim for subsequent performance. This guarantee does not grant any further claims, in particular any form of compensation.

CLASSIC: More flexibility combined with even more stability. By recentring the pivot, the lid can now be opened with even less effort yet the full weight still rests firmly on the grill, sealing the inner chamber better than ever before.

JUNIOR: Lid off, plate on – with our new Pro Series 2.0, we equip the Junior with the ICON hinge. By far the most seismic update to the Junior, you can now use our much-acclaimed fire plate on this grill, making it consistent with all our other models.

Stainless Steel & Fibre Glass Sealing

Our icon’s innovative sealing system kept last year’s BBQ scene thrilled. In 2021, we heed your call and equip all our grill models with a stainless steel and fibreglass mesh gasket. When replaced every 3-5 years it’s virtually maintenance free, way easier to clean and resistant to any encounter.


No more compromises: The Pro Series 2.0 features a built-in adapter to which the blower can be mounted in one simple move. This way, you are always ready for your next BBQ – and the time consuming installation of the adapter plate becomes a thing of the past..

New Damper

A new style with improved performance: The redesigned cast iron damper directs smoke directly upwards and out of the grill. The new slide system offers greater stability and feels even better than before.

1. Direct Grilling

Do it like a pro and grill directly over the red-hot coal – on the accompanying stainless steel or cast iron grid. Regardless of how you feel safe: the heat of the embers leads to quality meat with perfect taste.

2. Indirect Grilling

As soon as you have hung the deflector stone into the fire ring and placed it directly over the hot coals, the heat will move outwards in a controlled manner. The indirect heat cooks the food gently: The results are tender, juicy and delicious barbecue every time.

3. Baking

With a Monolith there is no need to invest in a separate pizza oven. Now you can easily make authentic Italian thin crust pizzas or even American deep pan pizzas within minutes to impress your friends and family. This setup is also perfect for breads, cakes and pastries.

Barbecue, low temperature cooking, baking, smoking and searing – whichever way you prepare your dishes, the Monolith Kamado Grill will always enable you to achieve perfect results. Whether you want high temperatures for the perfect steak or low temperatures for smoking – the Monolith delivers it all.


Due to its unique thermal efficiency the Monolith Kamado Grill needs very little energy to generate and maintain the desired temperature so with just 2,5 – 3kg of charcoal the Monolith can cook low and slow for more than 24 hours. Furthermore very little oxygen is required to maintain temperature and air movement is minimal so meats stay moist and juicy.


Compared to other barbecues the Monolith is extremely fuel efficient delivering high temperatures with minimal waste and makes searing a couple of steaks a breeze. Simply open the top and bottom vents and air races in to quickly heat the charcoal. When done just close the vents to stop the air flow, the grill and fire area are now sealed and within a short time the charcoal embers die down ready to be re-used next time.

Unique woodchip feeder system

Our unique system for adding wood chips gives the meat that typical smoky barbecue taste without having to disturb the meat by raising the lid. Flavored wood chips are placed in a chute and are pushed through the specially designed aperture directly in to the fire.

High Quality Materials

The Monolith is made of extremely heat-resistant ceramics and high grade stainless steel. The robustly designed cart is made of powder coated steel, has two practical solid bamboo side tables and locking casters for safety.
